How orders are counted
- An order counts once when at least one backup is swapped into it, however many items were swapped.
- The count resets at the start of each billing cycle (every 30 days).
When you reach a limit
Order limit. Your rules stay on and saved, but new orders for sold-out variants aren't swapped until the cycle resets. Those orders need handling by hand. The dashboard shows a banner. Upgrade to keep covering orders right away.
Rule limit. You can keep your rules, but you can't turn on more than your plan allows. Turn one off or upgrade.
Billing
Shopify bills you for the app on your regular Shopify invoice. Upgrade or change plans from the app's Plans page.
